ADVASC is installed in an EXPRESS (Expedite the PRocessing of Experiments to Space Station) Rack inside the US Lab. The rack provides the power and coolant systems needed for ADVASC to support life. It also provides a data interface that allows WCSAR's ground team to continuously monitor payload parameters and view plant chamber video.
